I am Salomi, from Cyprus. I studied History, Archaeology and Fine Arts at the Aristotle university of Thessaloniki (that’s in Greece) and continued my studies in the University of Leicester (MA in Museum Studies). I have worked voluntarily in archaeological excavations, art galleries and museums.

Currently, I am a volunteer in a Research and Culture Foundation in Cyprus, and I work in the Ministry of Education and Culture. Although I don’t have much of experience in digital media (it is amazing what new technologies can provide for the heritage/culture sector ), I am in this course aiming to develop my knowledge so as to be able to manage digital media in heritage sector.
